Lockouts happen to everyone. Residents get a one-time use benefit up to $50 in reimbursement for a lockout.
Overnight Reimbursement
Get reimbursed for a night at a hotel if a resident contacts the maintenance line about a habitable emergency.
Move in promise
If Resident move-in maintenance isn’t completed by Landlord within two weeks after move-in, we’ll send a $50 gift card.
