AION Launches 20,000+ Full Portfolio with Amenify

AION Management has partnered with Amenify to launch over 20,000 multifamily units, capitalizing on Amenify’s seamless integration with RealPage and their resident app.
As the leading provider of resident services for multifamily, Amenify is proud to roll out its platform across AION Management’s entire portfolio. AION, a legacy developer and operator in the Northeast, spans more than 65 properties in six states, with some communities exceeding 1,000 units.
Announced in Q3 2024, Amenify reached a cornerstone partnership with Realpage (News link here). AION will leverage Amenify’s platform to enhance both the resident-facing app experience, with the complete service booking experience inside of Active Building (soon to be LOFT), as well as a back-end data feed to engage and delight residents.
This collaboration underscores AION Management’s commitment to delivering exceptional value to residents; boosting leasing, resident satisfaction, and retention. AION has won several awards from the New Jersey Apartment Association. They have also formed new partnerships. One of these is a $1 billion joint venture with Goldman Sachs. This venture aims to create 4,000 to 6,000 new workforce housing units.
