How does the car washing service work? What is a waterless car wash and is it eco-friendly (green)?

The Amenify Car Washing is a mobile service. Our Service Pros go to your community's parking area to clean the cars in the evening (8pm-1am). So instead of 5, 10, or 20 cars driving to a local gas station or car wash, Amenify comes to you, which already is green as it reduces the number of trips and saves you time.

I don't get home until late at night. Can I still get my car washed?

Not at this time. Although Amenify washes the cars from 8am to 1pm, the team moves quickly from vehicle to vehicle and is not always able to return if a vehicle is not there when first attempted.

Are there any add-on options for the Standard Car Washing service?

At present, residents can choose to add Tire Shine to a Standard Car Wash service via the Amenify app.

When will you be washing my car? What time of the day and/or day of week do you provide car washing services?

For those communities where Car Washing is available, Amenify visits one day per week or month. During the signup process via the Amenify app, the calendar will show the specific Amenify Day when service is provided at your community.

Who will be washing my car?

Amenify partners with mobile car washing companies that use highly-trained, employees who love to remove that grit and grime from your vehicle. They are trained and tested to clean quickly and effectively.

Where does my car need to be parked during car washing?

Amenify will clean your car right where you usually park it at your community. During the sign-up process, we will ask a few things about your car, including its parking spot number or specific location, to help us find it.

How do I report any issues with my car washing service?

Amenify is confident that the quality of your wash will beat your expectations. Of course, if you have feedback or concerns to share, you can reach our Concierge team via text to 719-767-1963, email to concierge@amenify.com, or chat in the Amenify mobile app.

How long does an exterior car wash take?

It does, of course, depend on the size and condition of the vehicle. The Amenify cleaners typically spend 25-35 minutes per sedan and 35-45 minutes per SUV or pickup to hand wash it to perfection.

What gets cleaned during car washing?

The Amenify Car Washing service is focused on the exterior (outside) of the car. It includes a full exterior hand wash, exterior windows, rim (tire) cleaning, and spray on wax finish. There is also an add-on option for tire shine.
