Announcing Danish Chopra as CTO/COO
I am pleased to announce that Danish Chopra has been promoted from Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to CTO/COO (Chief Technology Officer / Chief Operating Officer), which was made effective earlier this quarter.
Danish absorbed additional responsibilities for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, including Resident Marketing, Provider Operations, Business Operations, and Customer Support.
The results speak for themselves as the company has progressed in a short period under his leadership, including:
Best-ever revenue milestones and an increase of 24% from July 2022
Reduced operating costs by 37% from July 2022
Revenue per appointment has increased 35% since July (from $71 to $96) while increasing the quality ratings of services.
Amenify subscribers are at an all-time high, with 49% of appointments for cleaning and chores being subscriptions (vs. 22% in Q2 2022)
Engineering/Product and Operations are closely intertwined at Amenify, and I'm encouraged by the progress across the board. Danish joined our team as our CTO in Aug 2021 and has consistently proven to be a valuable asset to the company through results, processes, and culture. With his demonstrated ability to drive results, we are confident he is the right person to help Amenify reach the next level in 2023.
