5-step interview process - Provider Companies and Service Professionals go through detailed interviews with our Provider Marketplace Team for a subjective analysis of business culture, response times, commitment to customer satisfaction, and their ability to handle growth. Each Service Professional that is onboarded, must upload pictures, insurance information, and background check information. for demand overflow.

How to provide the best tools

Onboarding and training materials - For every Service Provider, we help with compliance requirements and custom training for each property. This means background checks, bi-lingual training tools, and property checklists. We streamline demand and reduce their drive times by more than 40% each day.

End-to-end software tools - In addition to dispatching, routing, and scheduling software, Amenify has native applications for Service Pros in the field (cleaners, drivers, walkers, etc.) that drive quality and real-time communication. This includes geolocation, chat functionality, picture uploads, and detailed notes left by the Customer.
